General
Boopkin is a biodynamic baby care brand. We make nursery essentials such as monitors, night lights, feeding sets, and everyday care products designed for calm, safe routines at home.
Biodynamic principles guide how we think about materials and ingredients where they apply, with respect for natural cycles and responsible sourcing. Not every product category uses biodynamic ingredients, but the approach shapes how we choose what goes into the nursery. Read more on our What is Biodynamic page.
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received, typically within 24 hours during business days.
Yes. Many customers shop through authorized retailers. Visit our Find a Store page or contact us if you need help locating a retailer near you.
Orders & checkout
Yes. Browse products, add items to your cart, and checkout securely with Stripe. You will receive payment confirmation on the success page after checkout.
Online checkout supports major cards and other payment methods shown at Stripe checkout. If checkout is unavailable, contact us and we will help you complete your order another way.
After successful checkout you land on a confirmation page. You should also receive email confirmation from Stripe and follow-up communication when your order ships.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to help. Once an order is in processing or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Premium shipping options are shown when you complete your order.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12 p.m. EST typically ship within one business day unless an item is on backorder.
Shipping availability depends on your destination and the options shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need help with international delivery.
When your order ships, you should receive tracking information by email. Use the carrier link in that message to follow delivery progress. Contact us if you need help locating tracking.
Returns
Most products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund to the original payment method, less shipping and handling fees. Between 15 and 30 days after receipt, we may offer a store credit or exchange. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from delivery.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging. Some categories such as furniture, car seats, and personalized items may be non-returnable. See our Returns & Exchange policy for full details.
Contact us within a few days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will help resolve eligible damage or missing-item cases according to our returns policy.
Many Boopkin products include a limited manufacturer warranty. Coverage, duration, and claim steps are described in our Warranty Terms & Conditions page.
Product support
The Dream monitor includes a wall-mountable bracket and is designed for straightforward setup. Refer to the product manual included with your purchase or contact us for setup guidance.
The Dream video baby monitor uses a dedicated parent unit connection and does not require home Wi-Fi for monitoring, which many parents prefer for privacy and reliability.
The Light baby night light is designed to activate automatically in low-light conditions. See the product page for feature details and placement tips.
The Lola bottle is BPA-free and designed for everyday feeding routines. Follow the care instructions in your product packaging. Contact us if you need replacement parts or usage guidance.
